Lunch, logged in one photo
Creamy pasta, garlic bread, iced tea. AllerPrism reads the plate and quietly notes two high-FODMAP foods.
For IBS and sensitive guts
Photograph your meals. Log how you feel. AllerPrism connects the two and shows which foods keep preceding your bad days. Your triggers, from your own data.
One ordinary week
Tuesday, 1:24 pm
Creamy pasta, garlic bread, iced tea. AllerPrism reads the plate and quietly notes two high-FODMAP foods.
Tuesday, 9:40 pm
Bloating 7 out of 10, cramps, early night. Ten seconds of tapping and it is on the record too.
Two weeks later
Garlic appeared before five of your six flare evenings. Not a guess anymore, a measured suspicion.
The month after
AllerPrism walks you through removing it, then reintroducing it the structured way, and records the verdict.
Why AllerPrism exists
One in ten people live with IBS. Most spend years guessing, restricting and starting over, because nobody connects what they eat to how they feel. Your answer is not in another generic list. It has been sitting in your own days all along.
Research suggests up to 3 in 4 people with IBS feel better on a structured low-FODMAP approach. AllerPrism is a wellness tool that helps you run that structure on your own data. It is not a medical device.
The method
AllerPrism identifies the foods and pulls their FODMAP and fiber values from a curated dataset, never a guess. Correct anything with one tap; every correction makes your record sharper.
Bloating, pain, stool, mood, sleep. A full check-in is a few taps, designed to survive your worst days, because those are the days that matter most.
Every night your meals and symptoms are correlated. Suspects get ranked with the evidence behind them, then tested one FODMAP group at a time until you know.
Suspected triggers
Illustration. Built from 34 meals and 28 check-ins over three weeks.
The evidence
Not a generic avoid-list. Every suspicion is scored against your own meals and symptoms, and you can open the exact days behind each number.
One tap turns it all into a clean PDF your doctor or dietitian can actually use.

Questions
A diary just stores what you type. AllerPrism reads a photo of your meal, estimates its FODMAP load from a curated food dataset, lines it up against your symptom logs, and shows you which foods keep appearing before your bad days. The longer you log, the sharper your personal picture gets.
No. AllerPrism is a wellness tool for anyone who suspects food is behind their bloating, pain or unpredictable digestion. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If your symptoms are new or severe, please talk to a doctor first.
No. AllerPrism is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. What it gives you are observations from your own meal and symptom logs, not clinical conclusions. Talk to a doctor or dietitian about your symptoms, and before changing what you eat.
FODMAPs are short-chain carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed and can ferment in the gut. The low-FODMAP approach removes them for a short period, then reintroduces them group by group so you learn which ones you actually react to. AllerPrism guides each phase and keeps track of the results for you.
Most people see their first pattern within two weeks of logging. AllerPrism needs about a week of meals and check-ins before it starts ranking suspects, and the ranking gets more reliable the more consistently you log.
Each photo goes from our servers to an AI model provider only to identify the foods on the plate. Neither we nor the provider use it to train AI models. The FODMAP and fiber values you see come from our own curated dataset, not from the AI.
