Refund policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
The short version: the 7-day free trial lets you try everything before you pay, so all purchases are final and AllerPrism does not give refunds. You can cancel any time to stop future charges, store purchases follow Google Play or Apple rules, and we will always help fix a genuine billing mistake.
1. Try everything free before you pay
Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and you get full access to everything AllerPrism offers. If you decide it is not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The trial exists so you can make that decision fully informed, before any money changes hands. The first charge only happens when the trial ends and you have not cancelled.
2. All purchases are final
Because the free trial lets you evaluate the product in full before paying, all purchases are final. AllerPrism does not provide refunds for a subscription once it has been charged, whether it is a monthly or an annual plan. This includes the time left in a billing period you have already paid for, a change of mind, forgetting to cancel before a renewal, or simply not using the app during the period.
Cancelling a subscription stops the next charge. It does not refund a charge that has already been made.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel any time from your app store subscription settings. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel AllerPrism. On iOS, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops all future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Purchases go through the app stores
Subscriptions are sold and billed by the app store you bought from: Google Play on Android, and the Apple App Store on iOS where offered. That store is the merchant of record, and its own refund rules apply to the transaction. We manage subscription status through RevenueCat and never take card payments directly. This means that while we do not issue refunds ourselves, a store may still choose to grant one under its policy. If you want to ask, request it from Google Play under your account order history, or from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The store decides those requests on its own terms.
5. Genuine billing errors
If something clearly went wrong, such as a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation that was already confirmed, or a technical fault on our side, that is a mistake, not a refund of a valid purchase. Email us at [email protected] with your order details and we will investigate and help get it put right through the store.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because AllerPrism gives you immediate access to a paid digital service, you may be asked to agree to start it right away, which can end that withdrawal right once the service has begun. The 7-day free trial is designed so you can try the product in full before any charge. Where mandatory consumer law requires a refund, we will of course honour it.
